I can't find the original link for that youtube channel, but here is one that seems pretty good. It uses native speakers so it helps a ton with pronunciation. I mostly use books to help me with learning kanji, and grammer. I use more books than youtube channels tbh.

The video is creepy, but most of her videos are. I agree that the song is really awesome. She's one of my favorite current artists right now.
