This week was an emotional roller coaster, but I got through it.  I'm feeling better today than I've really felt all week.  I got off work early today so right now I'm just chilling.  I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning, and I'm a little bit anxious about it but I've been trying not to stress about it too much.  I figured I would post about what music I've been listening to.  My music tends to determine my mood I've noticed.  Anyway here goes.

Delain - Moonbathers
Katatonia - Brave Murder Day
Siouxsie and the Banshees - At the BBC
La Dispute - Rooms of the House
Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds - The Skeleton Tree
The Doors - Strange Days
Evanescence - Fallen
Dir en grey - Kisou
Art-School - Paradise Lost
The Eurythmics - Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)
The Gazette - Dogma
Clazziquai Project - Blessed
Fugazi - In on the Kill Taker
Jaurim - Ashes to Ashes
Crystal Kay - All Yours
Frank Ocean - Blond
PVRIS - White Noise (deluxe)
Metallica - Ride the Lightning

And this song has been on repeat for me for a while.  I love Pvris, and I really love Lynn Gunn's vocals on this song.  I have "White Noise" on vinyl, and I regret nothing. :D

Nice to see some of my fave 80's music on your list. This song is OK but it seems a lot like other music around nowadays, that is probably something people used to say in the 80's too tho!!!

I was listening to Fallen as well, but I think it was starting to affect my mood in a negative way lol. I love PVRIS too! That's also one of my faves, and the stripped version too.

I'm sorry you've been going through a rough time.

It's been forever since I listened to J-rock or J-pop. I think I just fell out of it, especially visual kei, because most of my favorite bands have disbanded now. I was listening to Utada Hikaru earlier and it felt super nostalgic. I decided to look up Mushi after seeing your list and listen to it. It's still amazing to me.

About

I'm a 32 year old woman. I'm an artist, and I'm into the Gothic subculture. Things that I enjoy include but are not limited to 80's Music, Reading, Drawing, Animation, Playing bass guitar, Gothic rock, indie music, horror films, anime, comics, video games, and sci-fi novels. I don't know what I'd do without music, and art. I listen to Siouxsie and the Banshees way more than I should.
