creepy little girl is creepy

  •      This week was okay, and mother's day came and went.  I bought my mom some new shoes for mother's day, and she ended up liking them quite a bit.  
  •      As for me I do get my stitches removed this week.  Honestly I'm glad because I feel like it will start healing a bit better once they're out.  So that happens tomorrow.  I actually get leave work early tomorrow because of that.  Hopefully I won't be too sore tomorrow, but I expect to be in a little bit of pain afterwards.
  •      I've been playing lots of God of War, Farcry 5, and Fallout 3.  I'm finally getting towards the conclusion of Fallout 3, and I have to say that it's one of my favorite Fallout games so far.  I haven't completed any of the others, but I do have Fallout 1, 3, New Vegas, and 4, and I've played quite a bit of most of them except for FO1.  I do plan on going back to Fallout 1, and 2 eventually fore lore purposes so I can get a better grasp on the story.  I'm currently doing an extensive playthrough of Fallout 3 just to take a break from Farcry 5, and God of War from time to time. 
  •      God of War looks so fantastic, and plays so well on my PS4 slim.  I kinda wish I had a Pro so I could play it at it's max settings, but yeah.  The story to this game is really interesting, and since I don't know too much about Norse Mythology I've been enjoying the lore to the game.  The "Dad of Boy" jokes lately I've been seeing around the internet are pretty accurate, and highly amusing. 
  •      I saw a post on ONTD that mentioned Haley Kiyoko made some racists tweets about black people, and that made me feel very disappointed in her as a black woman.  I feel like we always get shit on by most folks in mainstream media, and society in general so I was sad to see her racist bs tweets.  Even though they were from 9 years ago that doesn't make them sting any less.  Needless to say she's pretty much cancelled in my book.  I'm so tired of all the antiblack bs I see celebrities spout these days.  It's so emotionally draining to be quite honest.  That's the main reason why I try to avoid a lot of mainstream media because a lot of it is so damaging, and harmful. 
  •      I did play a bit of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 on my Switch since I feel like I've been neglecting the system lately.  I need to put more time into that game because it's a really huge game.  I will say that I've been enjoying it so far.  I still have quite a ways to go, but it's a fun little JRPG.  
  •      Since I mentioned Fallout 3 I figured I'd share one of the weird quest that I ended up playing last night.  Also that little girl is so creepy despite the fact that she's not actually a little girl XD!  If you don't want spoilers for any of the plot in Fallout 3 I'd avoid watching this.  Otherwise enjoy this creepy nightmare of a simulation that is "Tranquility Lane."

New Radiohead album, mother's day, and other things

The new Radiohead album Is amazing!  It's just the thing I needed to hear after a long day at work.  Here's the MV for "Burn the Witch."   Radiohead is a band that I've loved for a long time.  My favorite albums by them are "The Bends", "Hail to the Thief", and "Ok Computer."  As for the new album "A Moon Shaped Pool", I might try to hunt down a vinyl copy.  This is an album that would be good to relax to.  

My day was kind of meh.  I have to do some overtime on Wednesday, which I'm not crazy about but at least it's more money.  Since I'm usually off on that day I'll probably just keep to myself most of the day.  I usually keep to myself anyway which keeps me out of drama overall.  Also people at my job can be really iffy so I tend to watch what I tell people. 

I'm getting 2 new tires for my car this week.  Yay for new tires.  I need them badly, and I keep putting it off so I'm finally going to just do it.  

Also it's Mother's Day so Happy Mother's Day to my wonderful, caring, and loving mom.  She's my best friend in the world honestly, and she's really been there for me when I needed her the most.  Last year was a really difficult time for my entire family so I'm just grateful to have such a wonderful mother. <3

I bought her some new PJ's, and a nice card.  She really liked the card, which made me happy. :)

 Now I'm getting ready for "Game of Thrones" to come on, and hoping for the best since last weeks episode was a step in the right direction.

my allergies hate me...

      I just got off work a few hours ago, and now I'm relaxing.  My mom went to a sort of Mother's Day event that my sister was having at her house.  I was initially supposed to go, but my allergies have got me down, and I feel horrible.  I think it's mainly the Summer when my allergies usually flare up like this.  I take it in stride I suppose.  I just took a pill for allergy relief, and it finally seems to be working.  I did buy my mom some PJ's, and a nice card for mother's day.  

     My dad started working night shift last week, and he's been really struggling getting used to the new schedule.  My mother has also been struggling due to the fact he's not there with her when she goes to sleep at night.  

     My grandmother had to be rushed to the hospital this morning.  She'd previously had surgery on her leg, and her leg started bleeding.  She's doing better now, and is back home.  She ended up bleeding a lot because she did too much after having her procedure done.  She realizes how serious this all is now, and she's been taking it easy since this morning.  I don't think she took it that seriously at first, and she tried doing too much too soon.  Anyway I was glad to hear she's doing better.  

     I got my Ghost in the Shell Motoko Kusanagi figma last week, and it's really neat!  It's a lot smaller than I thought she would be, but she's very detailed.  She also has detachable boobs which I find highly amusing.  My cousin is amused at me collecting anime figures for some reason.  My mom literally called it "collecting dolls", but then she said she was just kidding xD!   Speaking of anime Rightstuf is having a pretty good sale on a bunch of their anime dvds, and other things.  I bought a few things that I'd been looking for.  

My birthday is in a few weeks, and I'm sort of looking forward to it.  My sister is planning a painting party where everyone paints pictures.  It should be fun.  I plan on dying my hair before my birthday.  I picked this vibrant purple color so I hope it turns out well.  Well that's all for now.
